QUARTERLY LICENSING MEETING
OF THE
LICENSING DISTRICTS OF EGMONT, WAIONGONA, TOWN OF NEW PLYMOUTH AND WAITARA.
NOTICE is hereby given that the
QUARTERLY LICENSING MEETING of the Licensing Court for the above Districts (for the purpose of taking into consideration all applications for Certificates for such Licences as by the “Licensing Act, 1873,” and the “Licensing Act, 1873, Amendment Act, 1874,” are authorised to be granted by such Court, and the transfer or renewal or removal of such Licences), will be held in the Taranaki Institute, at New Plymouth, at noon on TUESDAY, the 6th day of June next.

NOTICE
CHARLES DOUGLAS WHITCOMBE,
Sheriff for the District of Taranaki, do hereby give notice that the Estate and Interest of the above-named Mary Raymond as cestui que trust of and in all that piece or parcel of land in the Fitzroy District, in the Province of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement two acres one rood five perches (more or less), being part of Suburban Allotment numbered ninety-one on the plan of the said District, with the Buildings thereon, now in the occupation of Thomas Potter Lister; and also of and in all that piece or parcel of land in the Huirangi Township, in the said Province, containing by admeasurement two roods (more or less), being the Allotment numbered fifty-four on the plan of the Huirangi Township, with the Buildings thereon (which said pieces or parcels of land are more particularly delineated in the records of the Register Office in New Plymouth), has been taken in execution at the suit of the above-named Plaintiff, and the same will be sold by auction by me, at my office in Brougham-street, in New Plymouth aforesaid, on the 24th day of June, 1876, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, unless the debt and costs be sooner paid, and that the Solicitor for the Plaintiff is Robert Clinton Hughes of New Plymouth.

Sheriff for the District of Taranaki, do hereby give notice, in pursuance of a writ of fieri facias to me directed, that the real estate specified in the Schedule hereto, belonging to the above-named defendant Mary Raymond, will be sold by public auction at my office in Brougham-street, New Plymouth, on the Twenty-fourth day of June, 1876, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, unless the debt be sooner paid.

Holders of Certificates issued by the Exchange Commissioners, under “The New Plymouth Exchanges Commission Act, 1865,” are requested to lodge the same with as little delay as possible at the Superintendent’s Office, for the purpose of completing their title by receiving certificates from the Superintendent entitling them to the Sections received in exchange for those given up.
