THE undermentioned Allotments in the Town of Inglewood having been offered for sale by auction and not sold, will be open for selection for Cash at the upset prices stated below, at this office, on and after SATURDAY, the 3rd June, in accordance with Clause 36 of the “Taranaki Waste Lands Act, 1874.”

GAZETTE NOTICE.

“TARANAKI WASTE LANDS ACT, 1874.”

LAND ON DEFERRED PAYMENT.

Superintendent’s Office,
New Plymouth, April 3, 1876.

WHEREAS by “The Taranaki Waste Lands Act, 1874,” authority is given the Superintendent, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, from time to time, by proclamation in the Provincial Gazette, to set apart Allotments of Land which shall be open for Selection on DEFERRED PAYMENT.

I now, therefore, in exercise of the above authority, declare that the following Allotments of Land are open for Sale on Deferred Payments:—

HUIRANGI DISTRICT.
Allotments Nos. 215, 220, 227, 229, 230, 232, 233, 234, 235, 238, 248, and 249.

MOA DISTRICT.
Allotments Nos. 38 and 39.

PROCLAMATION.

FREDERIC ALONZO CARRINGTON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, by virtue of the powers vested in me by “The Protection of Animals Act, 1873,” do hereby proclaim and declare that COCK PHEASANTS may be SHOT within the Province of Taranaki from the fifteenth day of May to the thirty-first day of July next in the present year; and I declare that the License Fee for shooting shall be Twenty-five Shillings sterling; and I do hereby further declare that persons lawfully entitled to avail themselves of the provision contained in the 17th clause of the said Act, shall notify the same in writing to the Provincial Treasurer.

All Licenses under the above Act can be obtained at the Treasurer’s Office.

Given under my hand, at New Plymouth, this eighth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.
