WHEREAS by the “District Courts Act, 1858,” it is enacted that there shall be for every District Court a Bailiff, who shall be appointed by and hold office during the pleasure of the Judge thereof: Now therefore, I, Harry Eyre Kenny, the Judge of the District Court of Taranaki, in pursuance and exercise of the aforesaid power and authority do hereby appoint

John Duffin

to be the Bailiff of the said District Court of Taranaki.
