In pursuance and exercise of the authority in me vested by the "Taranaki Waste Lands Act, 1874," I hereby declare that the following Allotments of Land in the Township of Inglewood, as shown on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the Province, are hereby set apart to be sold for cash by public auction :—
Allotments Nos. 259, 268, 277, 335, 336, 337, 338, 348, 349.
