NOTICE
Appointing a Public Pound on Suburban Section 44, Town of Carlyle, Patea.

New Plymouth, 7th April, 1874.
In exercise of the powers vested in me by an Ordinance of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of Taranaki, intituled "An Ordinance to Restrict the Trespass of Cattle," Session 18, No. 7, I, Frederic Alonzo Carrington, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, do hereby notify that I have appointed the following place to be a Public Pound for the purposes of the said Ordinance:—
The Pound on suburban Section 44,
Town of Carlyle, Patea.

In exercise of the powers vested in me by an Ordinance of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of Taranaki, intituled "An Ordinance to Restrict the Trespass of Cattle," Session 18, No. 7, I, Frederic Alonzo Carrington, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, do hereby notify that the following Public Pound is suppressed:—
The Public Pound, Town of Carlyle,
appointed by notice in the Government Gazette, No. 3, 5th March, 1873, on allotment No. 2, Block 25, in the Town of Carlyle.
