The block of land bounded towards the west by the Patea River, towards the north by the northern boundary of the confiscated land, towards the east by the boundary line of the province, and towards the south by the sea coast, be constituted a Road District under the title of the Patea East or No. 26 Road District.

QUARANTINE GROUND.

NOTICE.

Superintendent's Office,
New Plymouth, June 22, 1872.

Frederic Alonzo Carrington, Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, do hereby, in compliance with the recommendation of the Board of Health of the Port of New Plymouth, appoint the anchorage ground at the Sugar Loaves, as used in the time of the Plymouth New Zealand Company, to be a station or place for the performance of Quarantine.
