"CATTLE IMPOUNDING ORDINANCE, 1870."

NOTICE

Appointing Pound Paddocks for the Town of New Plymouth, and the Tikorangi District.

Superintendent's Office,
New Plymouth, May 7, 1870.

In exercise of the authority conferred on me by Section 21 of the "Cattle Impounding Ordinance, 1870," Session 18, No. 7, I, Frederic Alonzo Carrington, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, do hereby proclaim the following paddocks to be pound paddocks according to the terms of the said recited Ordinance.

Town of New Plymouth:
Section No. 678, abutting on Powderham-street, in the occupation of Sergeant Dunn.

Tikorangi:
Paddock in Section No. 12, abutting on Waihi Road and the north boundary of the district, in the occupation of W. Jury.
