THE DISTRICT COURT OF TARANAKI
NOTICE is hereby given that Sessions of the District Court of Taranaki for the despatch of civil and criminal business, will be holden in the Resident Magistrate’s Court House, at New Plymouth, in the Province of Taranaki, on every alternate Thursday, at the hour of half-past 10 o’clock in the forenoon; the first of such Sessions to be held on Thursday, the 15th day of December, 1870.

THE DISTRICT COURT OF TARANAKI
WHEREAS by the “District Courts Act, 1858,” it is enacted that there shall be for every District Court a Bailiff, who shall be appointed by and hold office during the pleasure of the Judge thereof.
Now therefore I, HENRY EYRE KENNY, the Judge of the District Court of Taranaki, in pursuance and exercise of the aforesaid power and authority do hereby appoint
CHARLES EDWARD RAWSON
to be the Bailiff of the said District Court of Taranaki.
Given under my hand, at New Plymouth, in the Province of Taranaki, this 6th day of December, 1870.
