PUBLIC NOTICE.

THE following is a copy of the Return which his Honor the Superintendent submitted to his Excellency the Governor and the Government for their approval, showing the way in which be proposed to appropriate the sum of £930 voted by the Assembly for the Road Districts of this Province.
