"ROADS AND BRIDGES ORDINANCE, 1858."
NOTICE
Altering the boundaries of No. 15 Road District, Okato, under the "Roads and Bridges Ordinance, 1858."

May 8, 1867.
WHEREAS by the 2nd clause of the "Roads and Bridges Ordinance, 1858," it is provided that it shall be lawful for the Superintendent, amongst other things, by notices published in the Government Gazette of the Province, to alter the boundaries of Road Districts constituted under the provisions of the said Ordinance.
Provided that no such notice shall at any time be published without the previous approval of the Provincial Council. Now therefore I, Henry Robert Richmond, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, in exercise of the before recited authority, do hereby, with the approval of the Provincial Council, alter the boundaries of the said Road District as follows —
Altered Boundary of No. 15 Road District, Okato.
That block of land bounded on the north by the sea beach from the Timaru River to the western boundary of No. 9 Road District, thence by the said boundary to the western boundary of No. 7 Road District, thence by the said boundary to Section 164 on the plan of the Oakura Block, thence by the inland boundary of the said block to the Timaru River, thence by the Timaru River to the sea beach.
