NOTICE is hereby given that a Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Northern District of New Zealand, for the despatch of civil and criminal business, will be holden in the Court House at the Taranaki Institute, Brougham-street, New Plymouth, on Friday, the 20th day of July next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, or as soon after as may be convenient, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants, are required to give their attendance.

NOTICE
Appointing place for Exposing Cattle for Public Inspection.
Superintendent’s Office,
New Plymouth, June 21, 1866.
In exercise of the power vested in me by the "Branding of Cattle Ordinance, 1865," I do hereby declare that I have appointed the place below specified to be a place at which cattle shall be exposed for public inspection in accordance with the provisions of the said Ordinance—
The Stockyard on Mrs. Hetley’s land,
section No. 25, Omata District.
