NOTICE
Appointing Public Pounds on M. Carrick’s farm at Mangorei, and on Jas. Dingle’s, and W. Burton’s farms, Frankley Road.

In exercise of the power vested in me by an Ordinance of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of Taranaki, intituled "An Ordinance to authorise and regulate the Impounding of Cattle and to provide for the summary recovery of compensation for damage done by Cattle Trespassing," Sec. 1, No. 8, I, Henry Robert Richmond, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, do hereby notify that I have appointed the following places to be Public Pounds for the purposes of the said Ordinance—
The Stockyard on M. Carrick’s farm, Upper Mangorei.
The Stockyard on Jas. Dingle’s farm, Frankley Road.
The Stockyard on W. M. Burton’s farm, Frankley Road.

NOTICE
Scale of Pound Fees of Charges for Food at the Pound on M. Carrick’s Farm at Mangorei.

New Plymouth, December 28, 1865.
In exercise of the power vested in me by an Ordinance of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of Taranaki, intituled "An Ordinance to authorise and regulate the Impounding of Cattle and to provide for the summary recovery of compensation for damage done by Cattle Trespassing," Sec. 1, No. 8, I Henry Robert Richmond, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, do hereby notify that the Pound Fees taken and charged at the Pound on M. Carrick’s farm at Mangorei shall be according to the scale published in the Government Gazette of the Province, No. 34, December 21st, 1865, and that the charges made for the sustenance of cattle in the said Pound shall be according to the scale published in the Government Gazette of the Province, No. 27, August 24, 1865.
