N.B.—A notice which was published in the Government Gazette of the Province, No. 24, 10th October, 1865, conveying a meeting of the electors of No. 2 District, under the "Brunning-of Cattle Ordinance, 1865," is hereby cancelled, the figure "2" before the word "district" having been inserted in error.

IT is hereby notified that Writs issued for the Election of Members of the Provincial Council of the Province of Taranaki, have been returned with certificates to the effect that—

For the District of the Town of New Plymouth,
Thomas Kelly, Warwick Weston, Thomas Hirst, and James Cragg Sharland.

For the District of Omata,
William Henry Free, Thomas Mace, Adolphus Kingdon, and William Morgan Crompton.

For the District of Grey and Bell,
Arthur Samuel Atkinson, William Northcroft, William Mumford Burton, James Thomas Upjohn, William Watson, Robert Pitcairn, and Francis Ullathorn Gledhill.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, John Gilmour and John Stephenson Smith, under the firm of "Gilmour and Smith," Merchants and Retail Dealers, in Brougham street, New Plymouth, was this day DISSOLVED by mutual consent, and that the said John Gilmour continues the said business, and is empowered to discharge and settle all debts due to and by the said partnership.

As witness our hands at New Plymouth the 30th September, 1865.
