NOTICE UNDER CATTLE BRANDS' ORDINANCE.

Superintendent's Office,
New Plymouth, 19th October, 1861.
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the power in me vested by the above Ordinance, I have appointed the pen on Captain Atkinson's farm as the only place in the Hurworth District at which Cattle are to be exposed previous to their being branded.

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETING:

WHEREAS it has been publicly notified that an International Exhibition of Agricultural and Industrial Products will be held at London in the year One thousand eight hundred and sixty-two. And whereas a Commission was issued under my hand and seal, bearing date the fourth day of August last, appointing Commissioners in several of the Provinces
