PUBLIC WORKS ORDINANCE.

THE subjoined statement of the rates in arrear and of the lands in respect of which the rates are due is published pursuant to the provision in that behalf of an Ordinance of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of the Province of New Plymouth, intituled "An Ordinance to provide for the maintenance of Public Works within the Province of New Plymouth."
