RURAL LAND SALE POSTPONED.

IT being impossible in the interim to obtain the approval of the Provincial Council; the Sale of Rural Land notified in the Government Gazette of the Province of 11th February last, to take place on the first day of April next, is postponed.

WITH reference to the terms of Sale of Town Sections on the 15th December 1856 for rates due thereon under the Public Works Ordinance, Session 2, No. 9, Notice is hereby given that the period for payment of the balance of the purchase money for the same is further extended to the 30th June 1857.
