Works Ordinance, Session 2, No. 9, expi-
ring on Tuesday the 30th instant, Notice
is hereby given that the time for such pay-
ment is further adjourned.

RURAL LAND SALE.
Superintendent's Office,
New Plymouth, 16th July, 1857.
NOTICE is hereby given that there will
be a periodical Sale of Rural Land in
the Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred, under
the Land Regulations of the Province, at
the Crown Lands Office in the Town of
New Plymouth, at eleven o'clock in the
forenoon, on the first day of every month,
unless the same fall on a Sunday or on
Good Friday, and in that case on the fol-
lowing day.
