All letters must be prepaid by Postage Stamps, which may be had at any Post Office within the Province.
Newspapers, subject to the ordinary regulations, will be delivered free.

to be delivered at the Flag staff on Mount Elliot.
Tenders to include the cost of delivery, and to be sealed and endorsed "Tender for Flag staff."

Dissolution of Partnership.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned John Hurthouse and John Stephenson Smith as Land Agents at New Plymouth under the firm of "Hursthouse and Smith" is this day dissolved by mutual consent. As witness our hands this fifth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven.
