SECOND DISTRICT.

NOTICE TO RATEPAYERS.

IN exercise of the power in me vested for this purpose by the Ordinance of the Province, session 2, No. 9, intitled "An Ordinance to provide for the maintenance of Public Works within the Province of New Plymouth"—I hereby appoint that the first instalment of one shilling and sixpence per acre imposed under the authority of the said Ordinance on all lands within the Second District by the General Meeting for the said District convened and held for the purposes of the said Ordinance on the 3rd day of May last shall be due and payable to the Provincial Treasurer at his Office in the Town of New Plymouth on Monday the 29th day of September. A second instalment of one third of the said rate shall be due and payable to the said Treasurer at his said office on Saturday the 29th day of October next. And the third and last instalment of one third of the said rate shall be due and payable to the said Treasurer at his said office on Wednesday the 29th day of November next.

NOTICE TO RATEPAYERS.

IN exercise of the power in me vested for this purpose by the Ordinance of the Province, session 2, No. 9, intitled "An Ordinance to provide for the maintenance of Public Works within the Province of New Plymouth"—I hereby appoint that the first instalment of one half of the amount of the rate of one shilling per acre imposed under all lands within the Third District by the said District convened and held for the purposes of the said Ordinance on the 10th day of May last shall be due and payable to the Provincial Treasurer at his office in the Town of New Plymouth on Monday the 29th day of September instant, and the second and last instalment of one half of the said rate shall be due and payable to the said Treasurer at his said office on Wednesday the 29th day of October next.

NOTICE TO RATEPAYERS.

IN exercise of the power in me vested for this purpose by the Ordinance of the Province, session 2, No. 9, intitled "An Ordinance to provide for the maintenance of Public Works within the Province of New Plymouth," I hereby appoint that the first instalment of one half of the amount of the rate of one shilling per acre, imposed under the authority of the said ordinance on all lands within the Fourth District, by the General Meeting for the said District convened and held for the purposes of the said ordinance on the 7th day of May last, shall be due and payable to the Provincial Treasurer at his office in the Town of New Plymouth on Monday the 29th day of September instant. And the second and last instalment of one half of the said rate shall be due and payable to the said Treasurer at his said office on Wednesday the 29th day of October next.

NOTICE TO RATEPAYERS.

IN exercise of the power in me vested for this purpose by the Ordinance of the Province, session 2, No. 9, intitled "An Ordinance to provide for the maintenance of Public Works within the Province of New Plymouth," I hereby appoint that the first instalment of one half of the amount of the rate of sixpence per acre, imposed under the authority of the said ordinance on all lands within the Seventh District by the General Meeting for the said District, convened and held for the purposes of the said ordinance on the 9th day of May last, shall be due and payable to the Provincial Treasurer at his office in the Town of New Plymouth on Monday the 15th day of September instant. And the second and last instalment of one half of the said rate shall be due and payable to the said Treasurer at his said office on Wednesday the 15th day of October next.

NOTICE TO RATEPAYERS.

IN exercise of the power in me vested for this purpose by the Ordinance of the Province, session 2, No. 9, intitled "An Ordinance to provide for the maintenance of Public Works within the Province of New Plymouth"—I hereby appoint that the amount of the rate of threepence per acre, imposed under the authority of the said Ordinance on all lands within the Eighth district by the General Meeting for the said district convened and held by adjournment for the purposes of the said Ordinance on the 14th day of May last, shall be due and payable to the Provincial Treasurer at his office in the Town of New Plymouth on Monday the 29th day of September instant.
