PROCLAMATION.

IN exercise of the power in this behalf in me vested, I, the Superintendent of the Province of New Plymouth, do hereby proclaim and appoint that the Fourth Session of the Provincial Council of the said Province shall be holden at the Council Chamber, in the Town of New Plymouth, in the said Province, and shall commence on Monday, the seventeenth day of November instant, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon.

Given under my hand at New Plymouth, in the Province of New Plymouth, this seventh day of November, One thousand eight hundred and fifty-six.
