TO REGULATE THE APPOINTMENT OF PROVINCIAL
OFFICERS.

Preamble.

  1. Superintendent to appoint Provincial Officers.
  2. Superintendent to communicate appointments to Provincial Council.
  3. Speaker to appoint Officers of Council.
  4. Appointments by Speaker to be subject to approval of Council.
  5. Superintendent may dismiss or suspend Provincial Officers.
  6. On request of Council, Superintendent to state cause of dismissal or suspension.
  7. Speaker may dismiss or suspend Officers of Council subject to approval of Council.
  8. Superintendent or Chief Officer of Police, may dismiss police constables.
  9. Superintendent or Harbor Master may dismiss persons employed in Harbor Department.
