TO REGULATE THE APPOINTMENT OF PROVINCIAL
OFFICERS.

- Speaker to appoint Officers of Council.
- Appointments by Speaker to be subject to approval of Council.
- Superintendent may dismiss or suspend Provincial Officers.
- On request of Council, Superintendent to state cause of dismissal or suspension.
- Speaker may dismiss or suspend Officers of Council subject to approval of Council.
- Superintendent or Chief Officer of Police, may dismiss police constables.
- Superintendent or Harbor Master may dismiss persons employed in Harbor Department.
