ERRATUM.—In the notification of the election of THOMAS MORRELL MACDONALD, Esq., as a member of the Provincial Council of Southland, for the district of Campbelltown, contained in Gazette, No. 32, of the 29th November, 1869, folio 133, for “23rd April, 1869,” read “23rd November, 1869.”

NOTICE is hereby given that an adjourned sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of criminal and civil business, will be held in the Court House (Council Hall), Invercargill, on Wednesday, the 12th day of January next, at ten o’clock forenoon; at which time and place all persons under recognizance to appear as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, are hereby required to give their attendance.
