It is hereby notified that I have granted exemption from pilotage charges at the Ports of Bluff, New River, and Riverton, to the cutter “Waimea,” so long as the said vessel continues under the command of Captain Wm. Shreeburd.

CHURCH OF ENGLAND CEMETERY RESERVE.
Containing five acres, in Block No. XV., of the Invercargill Hundred; bounded on the west by the Oreti Railway Reserve, 715 links; on the north by a line at right angle to the same, 700 links; on the east by a line parallel to the west boundary, 715 links; and on the south by a public road, 700 links.

It is hereby notified that the lands specified below has been reserved by the Provincial Council, under Clause XVI. of the “Southland Waste Land Act, 1865.”

Containing 50 acres in Block No. XV., of the Invercargill Hundred; bounded on the north by a public road, 1974 links; on the east by the North Road, 2538 links; on the west by the Oreti Railway Reserve, 2538 links; and on the south by a line parallel to the northern boundary, 1974 links.
