to be a member of the Executive Council of the Province of Southland.

SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Quarterly Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of criminal and civil business, will be held in the Council Hall, Invercargill, on Monday, 13th current, at ten o’clock forenoon, at which time and place all persons under recognizance to appear as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are hereby required to attend.
