An Ordinance to promote Education in the Province of Southland.
Title.

WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the “Education Ordinance 1862” Preamble,
and the “Education Ordinance No 2 1862” and to promote Education by aiding voluntary efforts by grants of public money.

BE it therefore enacted by the Superintendent of the Province of Southland with the advice and consent of the Provincial Council thereof as follows:—
