I T is hereby notified that I have appointed the following gentlemen to be members of the Education Board:—viz.,

The Rev. J. SHAW.

The Rev. A. STORO.

The Rev. W. TANNER.

And the following Gentlemen have been elected by the Provincial Council to serve on the said Board:—

G. LUMSDEN Esq.,

W. JOHNSON Esq.,

Superintendent.

OWNER OF SECTION 46, SUBDIVISION OF SECTION 44, BLOCK 19, INVERCARGILL HUNDRED.

T AKE Notice that I desire that the boundary or separation fence between Section 46 aforesaid, and Section 47, be made before the 9th day of September 1866.
