to be keeper of the Quarantine Pound, near Wallacetown, as defined in a Proclamation published on the 21st January, inst.

HEREBY Give Notice to A. SINCLAIR, or other purchaser from him, that he is required to pay me one-half of the value of the fence which I have erected, adjoining the above land, on the property under lease to me from Mr Gilroy, at the Mokomoko Inlet.
