land, and of the Live Stock, and of the Cultivations therein, shall, except as therein provided, be deemed and taken to apply to such time or times as fully as if such month, or day or days, had been specified in the said Act;
Now, therefore, I, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of New Zealand, proclaim and declare that the forms of Returns above referred to shall be delivered by the several Sub-Enumerators at the Dwelling Houses in their respective Sub-Districts, between the fourteenth day of November, and the first day of December (both days included), in the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, and that the said forms shall be demanded and received by such Sub-Enumerators on the second day of December, in the same year, or as soon thereafter as practicable.
Given under my hand at the Government House, at Auckland, and issued under the Seal of the Colony of New Zealand, this twenty-first day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
