PROCLAMATION.
By JAMES A. R. MENZIES, Esq.,
Superintendent of the Province of Southland.
In pursuance of the power vested in me in that behalf I do hereby fix and proclaim that the Seventh Session of the Provincial Council of the Province of Southland shall be held within the Court House, Invercargill, in the said Province, and shall commence upon Monday, the eighteenth day of July, 1864, at twelve o'clock noon: And the members of the said Council are hereby warned to give their attendance at the said time and place accordingly.
Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Southland, this twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.

PROCLAMATION.
By JAMES A. R. MENZIES, Esq.,
Superintendent of the Province of Southland.
In pursuance of the power in me vested, I hereby proclaim and declare that the Waste Lands of the Crown comprised within the boundaries hereinafter described, shall be Quarantine Grounds within the meaning and under the provisions of the "Diseased Cattle Act, 1861."
The tract of land bounded on the north, west, and south by the rivers Makarewa and Titipua; on the east by a line drawn from the Titipua due north through Trigonometrical Station O to cut the Makarewa, and to include an area of 21,000 acres, or thereby.
Given under my hand this twenty-third day of June, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
