NOTIFICATION

Of the Establishment of a Pound, known as Kaitangata Pound.

NOTICE is hereby given that by virtue of the powers vested in me by the “Impounding Ordinance, 1872,” I have established a Pound, known as Kaitangata Pound, situate on Section IV., Block IV., Kaitangata District, in the Province of Otago, New Zealand, and that I have appointed Thomas Bland Muir, of Kaitangata District aforesaid, settler, to be keeper of the said Pound.

NOTICE to Applicants for Unsurveyed Land under “Otago Waste Land Act, 1872.”

It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule that they have been declared to be the purchasers of the Sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of those Sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Invercargill on or before Wednesday, the 8th day of November, 1876, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application under the 47th, &c., sections of the “Otago Waste Land Act, 1872,” and Amendments, for Sections 19, 20, 22, and 34, Block IV., Teviot, has been received from Gideon Anderson Smith, and that Tuesday, the 14th day of November next, at the Court-house, Roxburgh, is the day and place appointed for deciding such application (if unopposed) and notifying objections (if any) which may have been lodged.

NOTICE

LEASE of Crown Lands, situated between Block XXIV, Waihola District, and the sea beach (Taieri mouth), having been applied for to the Waste Lands Board by C. Hilgendorf: Notice is hereby given that a lease of a portion of the lands referred to will be granted to the applicant on the 4th day of November next unless valid objections are lodged at the Crown Land Office, Dunedin, before that date.
