ENFIELD SUBDIVISION
is bounded towards the north by the Windsor Subdivision towards the east by the Teneraki Subdivision towards the south by block IX Oamaru Survey District by the Kakanui River and by block II Kauroo Survey District and towards the west by block IV Kauroo Survey District.
TAPUI SUBDIVISION
is bounded towards the north by part of the Awamoko Road District and part of Block I Maruwenua Survey District as far as Rakis Table towards the east by the Windsor and Enfield Subdivisions towards the south-east by section 1 block IV again towards the east by other part of section 1 block IV Kauroo District towards the south by the southern boundary of blocks IV and IX said district and towards the west by the western boundary of the Kakanui Hundred.
KAKANUI ROAD DISTRICT
is bounded towards the north by the Waireka Road District and the town of Oamaru towards the south-east by the ocean towards the south and again towards the south-east by the Kakanui River and Island Stream towards the west by the western boundary of the Otepopo Hundred again towards the south by the southern boundary of the Kakanui Hundred and again towards the west by the western boundary of the Kakanui Hundred.
SUBDIVISIONS OF THE KAKANUI ROAD DISTRICT.
LAMPTON SUBDIVISION
is bounded on the north by block III and part of section 1 block II Oamaru Survey District on the west by the Waiareka stream on the south-east by the Main North Road and on the east by the Awamoko stream.
LAMBOURNE SUBDIVISION
is bounded on the north by the northern boundary of block II Oamaru District on the west and south by the Kakanui River on the east by sections 33 and 29 block VII Oamaru Survey District on the south-east and east by the Main North Road and the Waiareka stream.
TOTARA SUBDIVISION
is bounded on the north-west by the Main North Road on the west by sections 15, 19, 21, 23, and 24 block VII Oamaru Survey District south and west by the Kakanui River south-east by the ocean on the east by the Awamoko stream and sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, and part of 23 block IV Oamaru Survey District.
AWAMOKO SUBDIVISION
is bounded on the north by the Main North Road on the west by the Quarry Reserve and sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 block IV Oamaru Survey District and the Awamoko stream to the ocean on the south-east by the ocean and on the north-east by the town of Oamaru.
INCHOLME SUBDIVISION
is bounded towards the north by the Walareka Road District towards the east and north-east by the Kakanui River towards the south and south-east by the Island stream towards the west by the western boundary of the Otepopo Hundred towards the south by the southern boundary of the Kakanui Hundred and towards the west by the western boundary of the said Kakanui Hundred.
WAITAKI ROAD DISTRICT
is bounded towards the north by the Waitaki River towards the south-east by the ocean towards the south by the town of Oamaru towards the south-west by the Oamaru stream again towards the south by sections 1 and 2 and part of 11 Block XIII and section 43 block XII Oamaru Survey District towards the west by block VIII and part of block IV to the north-eastern corner of section 58 of said block again towards the south and south-west by a road line running through blocks IV V and VI Awamoko Survey District again towards the west by part of section 16 and sections 4, 6 and 2 block II of sections 3 and 6 block III again towards the north by section 4 block III and again towards the west by section 4 and appn. 6928 block III again towards the south-west by a road line and again towards the west by section 9 Block III Maruwenua Survey District to the Waitaki River.

WEYMOUTH SUBDIVISION
is bounded towards the north-east by the Waitaki River south-east by the ocean south-west by Landon stream to block I Papakaio Survey District west by east boundary of blocks I III and VI Papakaio Survey District.
LANDON SUBDIVISION
is bounded on the north by the Papakaio Subdivision north-east by the Landon stream south-east by the ocean south by the town of Oamaru and west by the Oamaru stream.
PAPAKAIO SUBDIVISION
is bounded towards the north-east by the Waitaki River towards the east by the Weymouth Subdivision towards the south and west by the Oamaru Survey District and a road line and again towards the west by block VIII and part of block IV also by blocks II and V Awamoko Survey District.
AWAMOKO SUBDIVISION
is bounded towards the north-east by the Waitaki River towards the east by the Papakaio Subdivision towards the south and south-west by a road line running through blocks V and VI Awamoko Districts, and towards the west by the western boundary of the Waitaki Road District.
AWAMOKO ROAD DISTRICT
is bounded towards the north-east by the Waitaki River towards the east by the Waitaki Road District towards the south by the Waireka Road District and towards the west by the western boundaries of the Kakanui and Maruwenua Hundreds.

DATCHET SUBDIVISION

ETON SUBDIVISION
is bounded towards the north-west by the Datchet Subdivision towards the east by part of the Awamoko Subdivision of the Waitaki Road District towards the south and south-east by a road line running through blocks I and II Maruwenua and X and XI Kauroo Survey Districts being the watershed of the Awamoko Downs and towards the west by the western boundaries of the Kakanui and Maruwenua Hundreds.

WHEREAS by an Ordinance of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of the Province of Otago, intituled “An Ordinance to amend the Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865,” and by the “Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1875,” it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Superintendent of Otago, with the advice of his Executive Council, on the petition of not less than fifty persons, comprising a majority of the householders resident in any township, or any two or more townships, distant not more than two miles from a common centre within the Province, to extend the
