Hilgendorf: Notice is hereby given that a lease of a portion of the lands referred to will be granted to the applicant on the 8th day of November next unless valid objections are lodged at the Crown Land Office, Dunedin, before that date.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waste Lands Board has annulled the licenses, and declared unoccupied, Sections 14 and 15, Block V., Sections 21 and 24, Block VIII., Section 27, Block IX., Toetoes District; Section 3, Block I., Waikaka District; Section 50, Block II., Tuapeka West District; Section 15, Block VIII., Crookston District; Section 6, Block II, Slopedown District, the conditions required in terms of Sections 52a and 56b of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872” not being fulfilled, and has ordered that such sections should be again advertised open for application. (See advertisement below.)


DEFERRED PAYMENT SECTIONS.

RE-OPENED FOR APPLICATION ON WEDNESDAY, 18TH OCTOBER, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned Sections will be open for application on deferred payments on Wednesday, 18th October, 1876. Application must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s. 6d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year’s occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten years.

Plans to be seen, and lithographs obtained, at the Land Office, Dunedin.
