LEASE OF COAL MINE.

NOTICE is hereby given that the seven years’ lease of five acres, being part of Section 17, Block 6, Chatton District, will be offered for sale between the applicants (as per sale list,) by public auction by Mr R. B. Martin, for Coal Mining purposes, at Barr’s Hall, Balclutha, on Wednesday, the first day of November, 1876, at the upset price of £5 per annum, and subject to the following conditions, viz:—That the Licensee shall sell the coal at four shillings and sixpence per ton, seven shillings and sixpence for two horse loads, and nine shillings for three horse loads.
