SUPREME COURT CIRCUIT SITTING.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Circuit Court Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal and Civil business will be held in the Court House, at Lawrence, on Tuesday, the nineteenth day of September next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances or otherwise to appear as prosecutors, plaintiffs, defendants or witnesses are required to give their attendance.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application under the 47th, &c., Sections of the “Waste Land Act, 1872, and Amendments, for Section 3, Block III., Teviot, has been received from Andrew Young, and duly recorded. Tuesday, the 19th day of September, 1876, at the Court-house, Roxburgh, is the day and place appointed for deciding such application (if unopposed) and notifying objections (if any) which may have been lodged.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Agricultural Lease issued in favour of Michael John Malaghan, for Section 18, Block 21, Shotover District, has been Cancelled by the Government, and the land is now open for occupation under the provisions of the Agricultural Lease Regulations.

LAND HELD UNDER DEFERRED PAYMENTS:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waste Lands Board has annulled the licenses, and declared unoccupied, Sections 12, Block X., Section 16, Block VI., Waikaka District; and Sections 9 and 11, Block X., and Section 7, Block XV., Waipahee District, the conditions required in terms of Sections 528 and 569 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872” not being fulfilled, and have ordered that such sections should be again advertised open for application. (See advertisement below.)

DEFERRED PAYMENT SECTIONS.

RE-OPENED FOR APPLICATION ON WEDNESDAY, 13th SEPTEMBER, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned Sections will be open for application on deferred payments on Wednesday, 13th September, 1876. Application must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s. 6d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year’s occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten years.

Plans to be seen, and lithographs obtained, at the Land Office, Dunedin.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waste Lands Board has declared unoccupied Section 3, Block IV., and Sections 16 and 23, Block V., Waikaka District, and also ordered that such sections should be again advertised open for application on Wednesday, the 11th October next.

Application must be made by the applicant in person at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s. 6d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year’s occupation fee. The purchase-money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten years.
