NOTICE is hereby given that the Waste Lands Board has annulled the licenses, and declared unoccupied, Sections 12, Block X., Section 16, Block VI., Waikaka District; and Sections 9 and 11, Block X., and Section 7, Block XV., Waipahee District, the conditions required in terms of Sections 528 and 569 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872” not being fulfilled, and have ordered that such sections should be again advertised open for application. NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned Sections will be open for application on deferred payments on Wednesday, 13th September, 1876. Application must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s. 6d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year’s occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten years.
