SECOND SCHEDULE.
Sections of the “Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance 1865,” applicable to the Incorporated Town of East Invercargill, with respective modifications set opposite the numbers of the Sections.

THIRD SCHEDULE.
Boundaries of the Incorporated Town of East Invercargill as delineated on the record maps of the said town, deposited in the Lands Registry Office, in Invercargill, in the said Province.
All that parcel of land in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 105a. 3r. 29p., more or less, being sections 1 and part of 2 of Block I on the record map of the Invercargill Hundred, comprising the private townships of McMaster’s Estate, Sylvan Bank, and Barwhey’s Estate, bounded towards the north-east by section 3 of said block, 5100 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 2073 links; on the south by a public road, 1247 links; on the west by the Municipality of Invercargill, 4050 links; again on the south by a public road, 100 links; again on the west by the Park Reserve, being section 22 of said block, 915 links; towards the north-west by a public road and by section 31 of said block, 1209 links; on the east by a line running south, being the east boundary of Mary-street, 2940 links; again towards the west by a line running in a north-easterly direction, being the northern boundary of Yarrow-street East, 690 links; again towards the west by a line running in a northerly direction, being the west boundary of Ritchie-street, 2800 links, and again towards the north-west by section 31 aforesaid, 210 links.
FOURTH SCHEDULE.
EAST WARD
Comprises all that area in the said town of East Invercargill, lying to the eastward of the centre of Jackson-street, running in a northerly direction through the private township of Sylvan Bank.
FIFTH SCHEDULE.
WEST WARD
Comprises all that area in the said town of East Invercargill, lying to the westward of the centre of Jackson-street, running in a northerly direction through the private township of Sylvan Bank.

PROCLAMATION
By His Honor George Turnbull, Esquire, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS by Section 7 of the “Oamaru Harbour Board Ordinance, 1874,” it is provided that so often as any person being a member of the Oamaru Harbour Board, otherwise than as Mayor of Oamaru, shall die, resign, become incapable to act, or be removed, suspended, or absent from the said Province for the space of six consecutive calendar months, it shall be the duty of the said Superintendent to appoint, by proclamation in the Otago Provincial Government Gazette, either permanently or temporarily, as occasion may require, another or other fit and proper person or persons to be a trustee or trustees in the room or stead of the trustee or trustees so dying, resigning, becoming incapable, or being absent as aforesaid: Now, therefore I, George Turnbull, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago, do hereby, under and by virtue of the power and authority vested in me by the said Ordinance, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, proclaim and appoint
MR. SAMUEL EDWARD SHRIMSKI,
of Oamaru, to be a member of the said Board, in place of the
Honorable JOHN MCLEAN, resigned.
