LAND HELD UNDER DEFERRED PAYMENTS.

LICENCES ANNULLED.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waste Lands Board has annulled the licences, and declared unoccupied, Sections 12, Block X., Section 16, Block VII., Waikaka District; and Sections 9 and 11, Block X., and Section 7, Block XV., Waipahee District, the conditions required in terms of Sections 52B and 56B of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872,” not being fulfilled, and have ordered that such sections should be again advertised open for application. (See advertisement below.)

DEFERRED PAYMENT SECTIONS:

RE-OPENED FOR APPLICATION ON WEDNESDAY, 13TH SEPTEMBER, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned Sections will be open for application on deferred payments on Wednesday, 13th September, 1876.

Application must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 6d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year's occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten years.

Plans to be seen, and lithographs obtained, at the Land Office, Dunedin.

NOTICE is hereby given that 1200 acres of unsurveyed land, situated on Runs 12A and 12B, will be open for application at £1 per acre, and subject to such increase (if any) as may be decided upon by Parliament now assembled, not exceeding a total of 40s. per acre, on Friday, the 15th September, 1876. Survey fees to be paid by purchasers. Applications received at the Land Office, Dunedin.

ON TUESDAY, 5TH SEPTEMBER.
At 3 o’clock.

MR. R. B. MARTIN is instructed by the Provincial Government to Sell by Auction, at the Survey Office, Lawrence, on Tuesday, the 5th September, 1876, at 3 o’clock p.m.

The present site of the Lawrence Grammar School and Master’s Residence. The property is divided into eight suitable sections, and is situated immediately opposite the Railway Station, in the central part of Lawrence, thus offering special inducements to investors.

Intending purchasers leaving Dunedin on the 5th September by the 7 a.m. train will reach Lawrence in time for the sale.

Plans may be seen at the Education Office, Dunedin, and at the office of Mr. J. Thompson, Secretary to the School Committee, Lawrence.
