LAND HELD UNDER DEFERRED PAYMENTS

LICENSES ANNULLED.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waste Lands Board has annulled the licenses and declared unoccupied sections 59, block VII, Waipahee; 4, block XI, Waipahee; 14, block I, Chatton; 15, block IX, Waikaka; 16, block IX, Waikaka; districts, the conditions required in terms of sections 52 and 56 of the Otago Waste Land Act, 1872, not being fulfilled, and have ordered that such sections should be again advertised open for application. DEFERRED PAYMENT SECTIONS

RE-OPENED FOR APPLICATION ON WEDNESDAY, 30TH AUGUST, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned sections will be open for application on deferred payments on Wednesday, the 30th August, 1876. Application must be made by the applicant in person at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 15s 6d per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year's occupation fee. The purchase-money is payable at the rate of 3s per acre per annum for ten years.
