TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 29th August, for Contract No. 1129, Forming and Metalling 47 Chains of Road, "Southern Trunk to Molyneux," situate between top of hill near School-house and Oamaru Bridge. Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the Office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at Police Station, Balclutha. Tenders to be endorsed "Tender for Contract No. 1129." The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 29th August, for Contract No. 1091, Metalling 50½ Chains Road, "Southern Trunk to Kaitangata," in Block 13, North Molyneux district. Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the Office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at Police Station, Balclutha. Tenders to be endorsed "Tender for Contract No. 1091." The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the Office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at Police Station, Roxburgh. Tenders to be endorsed "Tender for Contract No. 1128." The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

NEVIS FOOT BRIDGE.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Monday, 21st August for Contract No. 1121.

Construction of Foot Bridge over the Nevis at Spence.

Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the Office or the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at the District Engineer's Office, Cromwell.

Tenders to be indorsed "Tenders for Contract No. 1121."

The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

BUTCHER'S GULLY TO CLYDE.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works until Noon of Tuesday, 22nd August, for Contract No. 1,111. Formation of about 133 Chains of Road between Butcher's Gully and Clyde.
