NOTICE is hereby given that the following Sections in the above Hundreds will be offered for sale by public auction by R. B. Martin, at the Town Hall, Tapanui, on Wednesday, 9th August, 1876, at noon, as land of special value, under clause 85 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act 1872,” at the upset price opposite each section.

CORRECTED NOTICE
BEAUMONT AND WAITUHUNA WEST DISTRICTS.
MONDAY, 7TH AUGUST, 1876.
NOTICE is hereby given that section 5, block III, Beaumont District, containing 9 acres, 3 roods, will be offered for sale by Mr. R. B. Martin, by public auction at the Survey Office, Lawrence, on Monday, 7th August next, at 2 o’clock p.m., at the upset price of 25s. per acre, with the valuation added. Also sections 1, 2, 12, and 13, Block I, Waitahuna West District, at the upset price of 30s. per acre. Also, the following—Section 26, Block IV., Waitahuna East District, containing 100 acres 1 rood and 32 poles, at the upset price of 40s. per acre.

DEFERRED PAYMENTS
600 ACRES OF LAND FOR SALE ON DEFERRED PAYMENTS, IN THE NORTH GLENKENICH HUNDRED.
WEDNESDAY, 16TH AUGUST, 1876.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections 10, 11, and 17, B. 1, Glenkenich Survey District, will be open for application on deferred payments on Wednesday, 16th day of August, 1876. Application must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 2s. 6d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year’s occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten years. Plans to be seen, and lithographs obtained, at the Land Offices at Dunedin, Invercargill, and Lawrence.
KURIWAO DISTRICT.
WEDNESDAY, 30TH AUGUST, 1876.
NOTICE is hereby given that Section 7, Block 5, Kuriwao district, will be open for application at 25s. per acre (subject to such increase, if any, as may be decided upon by Parliament now assembled, not exceeding 40s. per acre), on Wednesday, 30th August, 1876, at the Land Office, Dunedin.
