AUCTION ON THURSDAY, 31ST AUGUST, 1876.
NOTICE is hereby given that sections 1 to 46 in the new Township of Deborah, situated about two miles from Oamaru, and adjoining the Railway Reserve and Oamaru Main Trunk Line, will be offered for sale by public auction by Mr. R. B. Martin, at the Court House, Oamaru, on Thursday, the 31st August, 1876, at noon.

LICENSES ANNULLED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waste Lands Board has annulled the licenses and declared unoccupied sections 59, block VII, Waipahee; 4, block XI, Waipahee; 14, block I, Chatton; 15, block IX, Waikaka; 16, block IX, Waikaka; 6, block X, Waikaka districts, the conditions required in terms of sections 52B and 56 of the Otago Waste Land Act, 1872, not being fulfilled, and have ordered that such sections should be again advertised open for application. (See advertisement below.)
DEFERRED PAYMENT SECTIONS
RE-OPENED FOR APPLICATION ON WEDNESDAY, 30TH AUGUST, 1876.
NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned sections will be open for application on deferred payments on Wednesday, the 30th August, 1876. Application must be made by the applicant in person at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s. 6d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year’s occupation fee. The purchase-money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten years.
Plans to be seen and lithographs obtained at the Land Office, Dunedin.

DISTRICT OF MOUNT IDA.
To the District Land Officer at Naseby—
I HEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a water race for domestic and irrigation purposes, commencing at a point in the Extended Company’s Race, Naseby, and terminating on my freehold on the east side of the Dunstan and Dunedin road. The length of such race is 500 yards or thereabouts, and its intended course is about east and west. The mean depth and breadth of such water race is 9 inches by 9 inches, and it is intended at times to divert one head of water.
