PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the Nomination of Candidates for Election to the offices of Councillors and Auditors as above for the Town of Port Chalmers will be declared on Thursday, 27th July instant, at the Town Hall, Currie-street, at the hour of 12 o’clock noon.

APPLICATION FOR AN AUCTIONEER’S LICENSE.

A MEETING will be held in the Provincial Government Offices, Dunedin, at noon of Thursday, 3rd August, 1876, to consider the application of Lewis Rodgers, now residing in Invercargill, for an auctioneer’s license.

INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL.

WANTED, for the Industrial School, Caversham, a Married Couple as Attendants. Salaries—£60 and £40 per annum respectively, with quarters and board. Applications will be received till Monday, 24th July.
