NOTICE is hereby given that Section 7, Block 5, Kuriwao district, will be open for application at £1 per acre (subject to such increase, if any, as may be decided upon by Parliament now assembled, not exceeding 40s. per acre), on Wednesday, 30th August, 1876, at the Land Office, Dunedin.

AUCTION ON THURSDAY, 31ST AUGUST, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given that sections 1 to 46 in the new Township of Deborah, situated about two miles from Oamaru, and adjoining the Railway Reserve and Dunedin and Oamaru Main Trunk Line, will be offered for sale by public auction by Mr. R. B. Martin, at the Court House, Oamaru, on Thursday, the 31st August, 1876, at noon.

DEFERRED PAYMENTS.

600 ACRES OF LAND FOR SALE ON DEFERRED PAYMENTS, IN THE NORTH GLENKENICH HUNDRED.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections 10, 11, and 17, B.I, Glenkenich Survey District, will be open for application on deferred payments on Wednesday, 16th day of August, 1876. Application must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s. 6d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year's occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten years.

Plans to be seen, and lithographs obtained, at the Land Offices at Dunedin, Invercargill, and Lawrence.

DISTRICT OF MOUNT IDA.

To the District Land Officer at Naseby —

HEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a water race for domestic and irrigation purposes, commencing at a point in the Extended Company’s Race, Naseby, and terminating on my freehold on the east side of the Dunstan and Dunedin road.

The length of such race is 500 yards or thereabouts, and its intended course is about east and west.

The mean depth and breadth of such water race is 9 inches by 9 inches, and it is intended at times to divert one head of water.
