NOTICE is hereby given that all Rates and Arrears of Rates due to the above Board unpaid by the 25th instant will be summarily proceeded for without further notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ratepayers in the Road District of North East Valley, including the several townships, viz:—Ravensbourne, Rothesay, Killarney, Hastings, St. Leonards, Roseneath, Woodhaugh, Opoho, Calton, Buddingstone, Maybank, Normanby: that on Saturday, the 1st July, 1876, the Board intend making a General Rate of One Shilling in the Pound, for the year ending June 1877.
The Rate Roll can be inspected at Mr. Thomas Brown’s, North East Valley, for ten days from the 20th June.

TAKE NOTICE that I desire that the Boundary or Separating fence between your land and mine, Section 18, Block 3, be made immediately, and that such fence shall be sod, post, and four-wire fence, the same as between Messrs. Strain’s property and my own.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned as Millers and Produce Merchants, carrying on business in Dunedin and Oamaru under the style or firm of Anderson and Mowat, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, and that the business will be carried on as hitherto by James Anderson, under the style or firm of Anderson and Co.
Andrew Mowat will pay all liabilities due by, and receive all debts due to, the late firm in Oamaru, James Anderson paying all liabilities due by, and receive all debts due to, the late firm in Dunedin.
