ESTABLISHMENT OF SCHOOL OF ANATOMY AT OTAGO UNIVERSITY.
NORMANBY, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At Wellington, this thirtieth day of May, 1876.
Present:
THE HONORABLE THE PREMIER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the third section of “The Anatomy Act, 1875,” it is, amongst other things, enacted that it shall be lawful for the Governor in Council to authorize the establishment of Schools of Anatomy where the study and practice of anatomy may be carried on in connection with any University, in such place or places as the Governor in Council shall think fit: And whereas it is desired to establish a School of Anatomy in connection with the University of Otago:
Now, therefore, His Excellency, in pursuance and exercise of the above-recited power and authority, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Colony, doth hereby authorize the establishment of a School of Anatomy at Dunedin, in connection with the University of Otago.

NOTICE is hereby given that an open Court for the Revision of the Citizens’ Lists for Dunedin City for 1876-77, and for hearing and determining the Claims of Citizens to be inserted in such Lists, and the Objections of Citizens to any other Citizen having his name retained thereon, will sit at the City Council Chambers, Manse-street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 10th day of July, 1876, at 12 o’clock noon.
