OTAGO PENINSULA DISTRICT.
Survey Office, Dunedin,
1st May, 1876.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned
sections on deferred payments will be open for
application on THURSDAY, 18TH JULY, 1876, at the Land
Office, Dunedin, and lithographs obtained at the Survey
Office, Dunedin, and at Lawrence.
The lands are described as follows:—
Block III., Otago Peninsula District ... Sections 1 to 6.
Block IV., Otago Peninsula District ... Sections 1 to 8,
including Waipori Railway Reserve.
Applications must be made by the applicant in person
at the Land Office on the first day of opening, and a deposit
per section of the first half-year's occupation license per acre
purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per
annum for ten years.

600 ACRES OF LAND FOR SALE ON DEFERRED
PAYMENTS IN THE NORTH OTAGO DISTRICT.
Land Office, Oamaru,
1st July, 1876.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned
sections will be open for application on MONDAY, the
14TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1876, at the Land Office in Oamaru,
and a deposit of 5s. per acre paid in cash at the time
of application, being the first half-year's rent of the land.

FORESTRIDGE HUNDRED.
Land Office, Dunedin,
4th May, 1876.
NOTICE is hereby given that the applications for the
undermentioned sections will be received at the Land
Office, Dunedin, on and after MONDAY, 3RD JULY, 1876.
Inter alia, the land shall be sold by public auction at the
Land Office, Dunedin, under the 8th clause of "The Otago
Waste Lands Act, 1872." The upset price of the sections
will be the survey fees. Further particulars may be obtained
at the Land Office.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections
will be open for application on WEDNESDAY, THE 5TH
JULY, 1876, at the Land Office in the Town of Lawrence.
Applications must be made by the applicant in person
at any Land Office, and a deposit of 5s. per acre paid in cash
at the time of application.
Tuapeka West District ... Block I., Sections 1 to 60.
Tuapeka East District ... Block II., Sections 1 to 14.

LICENSES ANNULLED.
THE Waste Land Board has annulled the licenses for,
and declared unoccupied, the undermentioned sections:
Section 23, Block VIII., Waiwera Survey District.
Sections 1, 4, and 8, Block VI., Waiwera Survey District.
All applications under the Land Act being part of the
Reserves Act, 1856, must be accompanied by a survey plan.
LAND HELD UNDER DEFERRED PAYMENT.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following sections have
been declared forfeited to Her Majesty for non-payment
of the annual rent:—
Section 10, Block VI., Hawksbury, East Taieri District.
Section 9, Block VII., Invercargill Hundred.
Section 5, Block III., Edendale, Southland District.
All the above land is liable to be re-let on the terms of
the deferred payment regulations.
