the Portobello Ballast Reserve, excepting portion
required for ballast purposes under the 164th
Clause of the "Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872," will be
offered for sale by public auction at the Land Office,
Dunedin, on Thursday, 22nd June, 1876, at noon, at
the upset price of £12 per annum. Other conditions
to be stated at sale.
