NOTICE TO MAKE FENCE.

To the Owner or Owners of Section 4, Block III, Kaitangata Township.

TAKE NOTICE that I desire that the Boundary or Separating Fence between Sections 4 and 5, Block III, Kaitangata Township, shall be made immediately, and that such fence shall be a post and wire fence of six wires and top rail.

NOTICE TO MAKE FENCE.

To Mr. Matheson, or whom it may concern, of Section 7, Block XI, Waikaka District.

TAKE NOTICE that I desire that the boundary or separation fence between Section 7, Block XI, Waikaka District, and Section 1, Block XIV, Waikahee District, be made immediately on or before the 8th of May, 1876, and that such fence shall be stakes 2 by 4, and 4 feet high, 12 feet apart, 4 wires, double bank ditches, 20 inches wide, and 18 inches deep.

The plans and specifications are at the Cattle Market Hotel. Tenders to be accompanied with 5 per cent. on the amount of tender, and left at N.E.V. School House on or before the 6th day of May, at 2 p.m.
