NOTICE of Alteration in the amount of Penalty
to be imposed as per clause 13 in the regulation for the management of Stock pasturage on Hundred for the year, 1876, from £5 to £1.
- “Any cattle found depasturing on any Hundred not being the property of or in the custody of a license holder, or depasturing on any Hundred in contravention of these regulations, may be impounded, and the owner or custodian of such cattle shall forfeit and pay for every such offence the sum of £1, to be recovered in a summary way.”
