THE Lease of the following-mentioned Education Reserves will be disposed of by auction by Mr. R. B. Martin, at the Court House, Hawksbury, on Tuesday, 18th April, 1876, immediately after the sale of Crown lands there:—

• Subject to a payment of £30 to the outgoing occupier for improvements.

Copies of the leasing regulations and conditions of lease may be seen at the School house, Waikouaiti, or at the Education Office, Dunedin.

2,200 ACRES OF LAND FOR SALE ON DEFERRED PAYMENTS, IN THE CHATTON HUNDRED.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections will be open for application on deferred payments on Wednesday, the 26th day of April, 1876. Applicant must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 6s. 6d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year's occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten years.

Plans to be seen and lithographs obtained at the Land Offices at Dunedin, Invercargill, and at Lawrence.
