THE Lease of the following-mentioned Education Reserves will be disposed of by auction by Mr. R. B. Martin, at the Court House, Hawksbury, on Tuesday, 18th April, 1876, immediately after the sale of Crown lands there:—

WEDNESDAY, 26TH APRIL, 1876.

2,200 ACRES OF LAND FOR SALE ON DEFERRED PAYMENTS, IN THE CHATTON HUNDRED.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections will be open for application on deferred payments on Wednesday, the 26th day of April, 1876. Applicant must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 6s. 6d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year's occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten years.

Plans to be seen and lithographs obtained at the Land Offices at Dunedin, Invercargill, and at Lawrence.

Sections 13, 14, 17, 20, and 21, Block III, Chatton District; and Sections 1, 2, 6, 7, 13, and 16, Block IV., Chatton District.

NOTICE is hereby given that Section 31, Block 2, containing 67a. 1r. 29p., and Section 42, Block 2, containing 13a. 2r. 21p. Dunedin and East Taieri Districts, will be offered for sale on Friday, the 12th May next, at noon, at the Land Office, Dunedin, at the upset price of 2s. per acre.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sale of Leases of Runs in the above district, being a portion of the present Commonage, will be held at Queenstown, at noon on Saturday, the 29th of April next.

Particulars and conditions of sale can be seen at the Wardens' Offices, Arrowtown, Queenstown, and Lawrence, and at the Land Offices in Dunedin and Invercargill.


HAWKSBURY TOWNSHIP.

FRIDAY, 12TH MAY, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given that Sections 13, 17, and 18, Block 39, in the Township of Hawksbury will be offered for sale by public auction immediately after the sale of Sections 31 and 42, Block 2, Dunedin and East Taieri Districts, on Friday, the 12th May, 1876.
