NOTICE OF MEETING OF VOTERS IN THE WEST TAIERI RIVER DISTRICT
To Elect Persons to the Board of Conservators of the said District.
I, JAMES MACANDREW, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by virtue of the powers conferred on me by the "Management of Rivers Ordinance, 1870," do hereby summon a general meeting of the voters of the West Taieri River District to be held on Saturday, the fifteenth day of April, 1876, at the hour of two o’clock in the afternoon, at the Court House, at Outram, in the said River District, to elect from the persons qualified to vote at such meeting, a sufficient number of persons to form the Board of Conservators of the said river district.
Dated at Dunedin, this fourth day of April, 1876.

Revocation of an Appointment as Fire Inspector for Dunedin City, under the provisions of Section 331 of the "Municipal Corporations Act, 1867."
By virtue of the powers in me vested by the above recited Act I hereby revoke the appointment of Mr. Thomas Johnston, of Great King-street, Dunedin (late Captain of the Dunedin Volunteer Fire Brigade), as a Fire Inspector for the City of Dunedin, within the meaning of the said Act.

Appointment of a Fire Inspector for Dunedin City,
